About Kendra

I'm a coaching supervisor accredited by both EMCC Global and the Coaching Supervision Academy. I have also been recognized by ICF as having a Coaching Supervision Specialization (CSS). It's my honor to provide supervision to coaches and other supervisors all over the world to support your ability to stay resourced and ethical in service of your clients. The two enduring themes of my professional life are service and creativity. For nearly 29 years, I was privileged to serve in the United States government, helping to administer the laws supporting sustainable stewardship of natural resources. Alongside this work, I coached women leaders, particularly other women of color, in U.S. government agencies to leverage their innate creativity to become more empowered and resilient. I also have provided coaching supervision to my fellow coaches supporting people in public service all over the world. Most recently, I joined with CSA-accredited supervisors Dorel Shanon, Gavan Ambrosini, Jennifer Tankersley, Susan McIntyre, and Vimla Gulabani to create a pro bono supervision project in response to the global political and systemic upheaval that began after the change in administration. Our project, Rising Tides Supervision (www.risingtidessupervision.com), supported 100 coaches in more than 15 countries on four continents, providing over 170 hours of supervision to help them stay resourced, professional, and ethical as they supported workers impacted by recent U.S. government policies. I have such gratitude for the beauty and resilience that coaching adds to the world. It would be my privilege to have a conversation with you about your journey, and how my spiritual practice of supervision and creativity might be of service to you.

Coaching Approach

In working with me in supervision, whether as a group or one-on-one, you can expect to connect with your own creativity through different modalities, including drawing, metaphor, movement, and writing. It is heart-centered work intended to nurture your professional growth, align with your ethical obligations, and support your resilience. Indeed, my supervisees have reported greater confidence, spaciousness, and professionalism in their work with their clients as a result of participating in supervision with me.
